New Feature: Automated TAP Generation 🔑
Setting up a new work device should feel like unboxing a gift, not solving a puzzle. Today, we’re making that first-day experience a whole lot smoother with automated Temporary Access Passes (TAP).
If you haven’t used a TAP yet, think of it as limited use password. It’s a short-term, high-security passcode that lets you log in to an account for the first time without needing a permanent password or MFA. It’s the safest and easiest way to get your passwordless login methods (like Windows Hello or FaceID) set up and ready to go. This makes it perfect for new device setup at customers.
Here’s what’s been released in this update:
-
TAP Generation: You no longer have to manually request or wait for a pass when setting up a new device. We’ve automated the process so your temporary pass is ready exactly when you need it for onboarding. This works for both corporate, and customers.
-
TAP Removal: Security is all about control. If you finish your setup early or want to invalidate a pass before its expiration date, you can now remove it easily. No more "hanging" access periods.
Both automations have been released to production and will sync to associated ITGlue instances overnight. If you wish to modify and clone this automation, please contact aoc@gocourser.com to request a clone.
Better Billing, Smarter Syncs 🚀
Hey everyone! We’ve been busy behind the scenes building tools. This update is all about slashing that manual "to-do" list—from billing reconciliation to those repetitive onboarding tasks that eat up your morning. Here’s what’s new in the world of better automation:
💰 No More Billing Headaches: New Agreement SyncsReconciling licenses shouldn't be a part-time job. We’ve added four heavy hitters to our PSA agreement syncing to ensure your billing is always accurate without you lifting a finger.
-
Released Integrations: We now support automated syncing for Axcient, Breach Secure Now, and Duo.
-
Beta Integrations: SentinelOne has recently graduated to Beta and is being handed off to AR for testing.
-
Alpha Integrations: LastPass is undergoing additional testing. Due to LastPass not having a centralized management solution, additional quality-of-life improvements are being made to make management of this tool via Rewst easier.
-
The Benefit: Stop leaving money on the table or overpaying for seats. PSA will now automatically reflect customer's actual usage, so your invoices are right every single time.
First impressions matter, and so does a clean exit. We’ve added new automations to make sure your clients' users are set up (or wound down) correctly from day one.
- Huntress New Hire Automation: When you add a new user, we can now automatically provision them in Huntress. It’s one less thing to remember during the "new hire" rush.
