UKG Change - Instant Sync

Currently, when a change to a person is made in UKG (Title, Phone, etc) it can take several days for the change to be synced over to Entra, and another 21 potential days before it reflects in Teams. Ideally, when a change is made in UKG, we fire off a "delta sync" that only syncs those subtle changes immediately. This will help us at minimum keep the data in Entra as accurate as possible in the shortest timeframe possible.
