Shared Mailbox Management - Internal

When an offboarding occurs, automatically generate a shared mailbox. Assign that shared mailbox to the hiring manager. At 75 days, remind the manager of the mailbox and to move all required mail prior to removal. Once older than 90 days, remove the mailbox.
