Improved Visibility during New Hires
Add in additional visibility into the process. Use consumer-grade UI/UX as inspriation such as the Amazon delivery or Dominos Pizza tracker, outlining each step and sub-steps that need to happen for an onboarding.

The entire team member onboarding experience is being reimagined under Molly Gleeton's leadership that aligns to this vision both for the hiring manager and the new incoming team member.
