Implement Rewst offboarding checkpoint for users with OneDrive storage

We have an offboarding form at Infinity that removes a user license at offboarding. However, the automation does not check for storage in use. If the license is removed, this can cause loss of data. For a manual offboarding, we would copy the user's OneDrive contents to a dedicated Sharepoint site folder and then remove the license. Ideally, we would want the automation to do this, but the offboarding script should at a minimum detect if the OneDrive has a number greater than zero, send a notification, and not remove the license.
