Axient Failure Monitoring

For a failed backup, Rewst would trigger the RMM script named “NOC - Set Shadow Storage & Backup Services v3.1.1”. Then drops a ticket with static notes. The NOC will quality check the result. Maybe there should be a wait time between detection of the missed backup and when the script to repair a failed backup runs. Often backups run hourly and the next one is successful.
